New rockstor instead of the destroyed

Brief description of the problem

The USB with the old Rockstor on Centos7 died. Installed the latest version on a new disk. I pressed rescan on the disks and got an error

Detailed step by step instructions to reproduce the problem

  • install new version Rockstor
  • in Web-UI click RESCAN on tab disks
