I am reaching out for some guidance on configuring Rockstor for remote access. I have been using Rockstor for my home NAS setup; and it is been fantastic so far. Although; I am looking to access my Rockstor system remotely and could use some help with the configuration process.
I want to be able to access the Rockstor web interface and shared folders from outside my local network. I have done some research and come across various methods like setting up a VPN; using port forwarding; and dynamic DNS services. Although; I am unsure which method would be best suited for my situation and how to implement it properly.
Can someone provide a step by step guide for setting up a VPN with Rockstor? What VPN solutions are compatible with Rockstor? 
If I decide to go with port forwarding; what are the necessary ports to open, and what security measures should I take to ensure it is safe?

How do I set up a dynamic DNS service with Rockstor? Is there a preferred service that integrates well with Rockstor?
