Unable to download updates for Rockstor-Stable due to authentication error

Brief description of the problem

I’ve been seeing this error when doing a zypper refresh for awhile now:

Authentication required for 'http://00000000-0000-0000-0000-xxxxxxxxxxxx@updates.rockstor.com:8999/rockstor-stable/leap/15.5?credentials=/etc/zypp/credentials.d/Rockstor-Stable&auth=basic'

Repository 'Rockstor-Stable' is invalid.

I checked my account on https://appman.rockstor.com/ and it looks like it is still valid (3 months remaining). Is there anything I can do to fix this on my own? Would it help to create a new appliance ID?
